Classes For Every Fitness Fan

Adult Classes

CrossFit

Typically, each class is broken up into three parts: the warmup, a skill or strength component, then the workout of the day, or WOD.

There is always additional accessory work posted each day. These exercises compliment the primary movements of the WOD and usually correspond with our fun monthly challenges!

KIDS AND YOUTH CLASSES

CrossFit

Kids Class (Kindergarten - 5th grade)

Youth Class (6th-9th grade)

Our kids class focuses on learning the 9 foundational CrossFit movements and allows our youngest members to build a life long love of fitness.  In this class the focus is on form as much as it is on FUN and always ends with a game!

During the week our youth class is modeled after the adult CrossFit class.  It incorporates advanced movements and barbell work at an appropriate load for each skill level.

On Saturday our kids and youth class is combined!
